Your first photo booth event: what should you test?

Leah: “My first event is booked. What should I test before guests arrive?”

Owen: “Use the exact kit you will take: assemble the booth, secure devices, route cables safely and check power, lighting, focus, framing and touch controls. Run full guest journeys, including capture, printing, cutting, sharing and any offline workflow.”

Leah: “Will everything arrive configured together?”

Owen: “Not necessarily. Tribooth does not power on or log into your iPad, install apps or perform complete-system testing before dispatch. A printer may ship separately from its supplier. Manufacturing is normally 25–30 working days plus delivery, and the standard booth finish is stained white unless your written order says otherwise.”

Leah: “What if hardware needs attention?”

Owen: “Contact Tribooth primarily by email with the order number, exact models, photos or video and the error. Warranty cover depends on the written order and item; there is no universal 12-month promise. Do not rely on calls, on-site help or managed event support.”

Use the pre-event checklist and support details. What single failure are you most keen to rule out before your event?
