What is Tribooth made from?
All Tribooth models are made from high grade 12mm birch plywood — a premium, lightweight, and sustainable material. It’s strong enough to handle professional use but portable enough to transport with ease.

Is the booth compatible with all iPads?
We offer multiple faceplate options designed to fit the most popular iPads — including the iPad 10.9", iPad Air, and iPad Pro 12.9". Always check the product listing for compatibility before ordering.

Do I need tools to assemble Tribooth?
No tools are needed! Our booths are designed for fast, tool-free assembly using thumb screws and wing nuts. Assembly typically takes 5–10 minutes.
An Alan Key is required if leg height needs adjusting. An electric screwdriver can be used to speed things up.

Can I mount a DSLR camera instead of an iPad?
Yes. The ProCompact model includes a slotted internal shelf that supports standard DSLR cameras using a ¼” UNC camera screw (tripod-style). Perfect for custom workflows.

Does Tribooth come with lighting?
Lighting is not included, but the design supports mounting common LED ring lights or panels. We recommend lightweight USB-powered options for best results. We stock some lights that are sold separately.

Can I personalise my booth?
Yes! We offer optional custom stain finishes. These options can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! We have sent booths all over the globe, USA and Canada are our biggest overseas customer base.

Is Tribooth available for hire?
We currently only sell Tribooths — however, many of our customers use them as part of rental businesses. If you're planning to start one, you're in good company.

Can I use Tribooth outdoors?
Yes, with care. The birch ply is sealed, but we recommend shelter from rain and wind. Many customers use Tribooth under gazebos, tents, or marquees. Ensure dry flooring.

What apps work with Tribooth?
If you're purchasing our complete Booth Events turnkey package, we supply everything pre-configured — including a managed iPad, licensed app, and custom branding, ready to deploy at your events.
